Essential Oils are natural, volatile, concentrated extract of plant parts with different therapeutic properties like; anti-inflammatory (reduce inflammation) properties, analgesic properties (relieves pain) and antispasmodic properties (help reduce muscle spasms). Muscle Pain Relieving Blend:

10 drops peppermint oil

10 drops sweet marjoram oil

10 drops turmeric oil

5 drops black pepper oil

5 drops vetiver oil

2 oz Carrier oil (Sesame oil, or Almond oil, or Olive oil)

In a 2oz dark glass dropper bottle add essential oils, pour 2oz of carrier oil of your choice, cap tight, label, mix well by tipping bottle back-forth. Massage 4-8 drops on effected area twice a day or as needed.
