Today is the symbolic Monday of  Labor day weekend, which typically means, end of summer is upon us. That is, winding down from summer craziness of traveling – camping – hiking – back yard parties – beaches – park rides, and for most of the students, start of new school year after a long summer break. For many, all this could be a cause of anxiety.
Anxiety is a general feeling of apprehension, eg: reaching school on time, new class mates, new teachers, home-work, etc. Many studies have shown the usefulness of Essential Oils in alleviating anxiety.
