Vibrational Healing with Aromatherapy

Do you know…… The aura is an electromagnetic force field that surrounds all living things in both the animal and plant kingdom and interpenetrates the physical body. Everything is made up of energy and has a vibrational frequency which is the rate at which vibration occurs and it could be changed. Our body attunes to its surroundings. That’s why it’s important to surround with things that have a positive frequency or vibration (vibes or awareness). Any energy disturbances i.e. the

change in the harmonious coherent frequencies of the subtle body due to any physical or emotional or organic imbalance, precede the appearance of disease and illness in the physical body. This blockage of the flow of life energy can be characterized by inflammation, irritation, and illness. The frequency of human body can be measured by a Biofeedback machine, that usually operate by detecting skin temperature, muscle tension, and/or brain wave activity.

According to researchers in Washington, using Tainio Technology, the vibrational frequency of Essential oils are the highest of any other measured natural substances. Essential oils have been used for centuries for their healing and medicinal properties. Through the principle of entrainment, the oil’s higher frequency will raise the vibratory quality of the individual. For example;

Rose oil is typically cited as the highest frequency essential oil, resonating at 320 MHz (although some research has indicated that Idaho Blue Spruce can reach up to 580 MHz). Frequencies of some common essential oils:

Frankincense: 147 MHz

Lavender: 118 MHz

Myrrh: 105 MHz

Sandalwood: 98 MHz

Angelica: 85 MHz

Peppermint: 78 MHz

Basil: 52 MHz

A healthy body typically has a frequency ranging from 62 to 78 MHz, whereas disease sets in at 57 MHz. Fresh produce and herbs vibrate from 20 to 27 MHz, whereas dry herbs carry a frequency between 12 and 22 MHz. Canned and processed foods have no measurable frequency (0 MHz).

Based on the information, by changing your food choices and by smelling, diffusing, and topically applying high quality Essential oils, you can almost immediately increase your vibrational energy for your well-being.

De-stress with Aromatherapy

Do you know………We’re a society of chronic stress or should I say, we create stress because of our thinking and our reaction to the situation. It’s an awful fact, that many of us don’t realize, but everyone likes to have some peace – quiet and the inner serenity. Our body reacts to stress in many of the same ways it reacts to a perceived threat. While vastly different, each stressful situation; whether life-threatening or simple inconvenience, or dealing with our day to day life or constantly under attack by outside forces (especially, our own loved ones), triggers a fight or flight response, releasing adrenaline and cortisol into the bloodstream. Adrenaline increases blood pressure and boosts energy supplies, while cortisol releases glucose into the bloodstream, and even altering the immune system which can cause some serious health risks, including:

Insomnia

High blood-pressure

Depression, Increased anxiety

Hormonal imbalances

Hostility and rage

Aggressive and impulsive behavior

Which is why we need to work towards decluttering our life. Take a step back, and assess what is stressing you out? Learn how to reverse the biological mechanism of the sympathetic nervous system? Develop positive thinking which strengthens your focus and inner resolve, learn how to use empowering, encouraging self-dialogue that releases serotonin, dopamine, allows opening the needed inner resources to be successful. Also, an effective communication is the most important life-skill, that extends and connects us and helps in developing relationship with others.

There are medications (Xanax, Klonopin, Valium, and Ativan) that act as tranquilizer (that slow down the nervous system which in turn creates a relaxing and calming effect) to help deal with anxiety, but with side effects and safety concerns, such as the risk of addiction. U

pikenard and Frankincense.

Unlike store bought products, here you will be making with love and passion and will know exactly what it consists of that you will be applying on your facial hair and can be gifted too.

Most natural Beard Balm recipes are made of:

Butters: we are not talking about our normally used table butter. In most cases, shea and cocoa butter is used. Shea butter is a natural fat that’s extracted from the nuts of the Shea tree, native to West Africa. It’s solid at warm temperatures and has an off-white or ivory color. It has been used as a cosmetic ingredient for centuries due to its high concentration of vitamins and fatty acids, moisturizing, and healing properties, combined with its easy-to-spread consistency on the skin. Cocoa butter is fatty substance obtained from cocoa beans and it’s the actual butter that is used in the manufacture of chocolates, confectionery, and cosmetics. It’s relatively cheaper than shea butter Cocoa butter is high in fatty acids and phytochemicals, therefore used to hydrate, nourish, and improve elasticity of the skin. It supposedly slows skin aging by protecting against damage from the sun’s harmful UV rays.

Carrier oils: to make your beard soft. Commonly used carrier oils are Jojoba, Argan, Sweet almond, Coconut Oil, Avocado, Castor, and a few more. Most of them are moisturizing and nourishing. Depending on the properties, you choose accordingly.

Essential oils: are natural, volatile, concentrated liquid product extracted from different parts of plants and possess individual therapeutic properties. They have been used since centuries for healing and curing various ailments. Some of the essential oils used for beard products are; Bergamot, Clove, Cinnamon, Frankincense, Sandalwood, Cedarwood, Lavender, Rosemary, Tea tree, Thyme

Medicinal Properties of Castor Oil

Do you know………. Castor oil is a translucent multipurpose vegetable oil with a yellow tint. It is produced by cold pressing the seeds of the Ricinus communis (Castor seeds) plant, which is native to Africa and Asia. Ninety percent of its fatty acid content is a specific, rare compound called ricinoleic acid and thought to have anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, anti-bacterial, moisturizing, and some other useful properties.

            Benefits of Castor Oil

Folk healers worldwide have used castor oil to treat a wide variety of health conditions for thousands of years and have been commonly used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine. Now, still Castor oil is used for a wide range of industrial, cosmetic, and medical purposes and has become a trendy budget beauty buy. It can be used both topically and internally in low doses.

Common uses of Castor Oil:

  • Castor seed oil is most widely used in small quantities as a laxative (a purgative). The presence of ricinoleic acid helps in the digestion process by ensuring regular bowel movements and promoting nutrient absorption. It can be a very effective treatment for extreme cases of constipation, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), cramping, edema, and leaky gut syndrome.
  • Castor oil can be consumed in case of nausea or chronic vomiting.
  • It can be used topically on skin and hair, in order to increase the luster, shine, and nourishing scalp from drying.
  • It stimulates tissue growth and is often used on wounds to speed healing and prevent infections.
  • Castor oil is anti-inflammatory due to its ricinoleic acid that helps with inflammatory disease such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis and muscle aches.
  • Its antifungal properties may help fight off Candida, keeping the mouth healthy.
  • Castor oil has strong immune-enhancing effects by supporting the body’s lymphatic system.

Castor oil can have a few side effects, like:

Pregnancy: If administered to pregnant women in higher dosages, can cause excessive pelvic contractions which can lead to a miscarriage or premature delivery.

Skin: The skin can sometimes break out and have an allergic reaction when exposed to castor oil.

Digestive issues: Taking too much castor oil internally can cause diarrhea or cramping.

Chakra, Yoga, and Essential Oils

Do you know……… According to traditional Indian medicine and Vedic scriptures, there are 72,000 Nadis in human body. The Nadis refer to the network of channels through which the Prana (energies of the Subtle Body) said to flow. For a healthy body and mind it is important that prana flows in the body freely. When there is blockage or hinderance in the flow of prana, it messes up the whole system (creates Vyadhi). Out of all Nadis, 3 of them have special importance – IDA, PINGALA and SUSHUMNA

Sushumna: is the central channel that runs vertically from the base of the spine to the top of the head.

Ida: terminates in the LEFT nostril and is cooling, feminine, and calming. It has lunar energy and is associated with introverted qualities in the right hemisphere of the brain.

Pingala: terminates in the RIGHT nostril and is heating, masculine, and energizing. It has solar energy and is associated with extroverted qualities in the left hemisphere of the brain.

Ida and Pingala Nadis cross along the central Sushumna Nadi. The points of intersection of these 3 Nadis, makes a whirlpool of energy along the spine, called Chakras. We and everything around us is made up of energy. It includes layers of energy fields that surround the physical body. These interconnected metaphysical layers create the body’s electromagnetic field, also known as its aura. This energy connects us to one another, to the universe, allows us to attract love, health, positivity and joy. The energy rises from the base of the spine to the crown of the body. There are 7 main chakras in the human body:

Mooladhara (Root) Chakra: .is the first chakra at the base of the energy system, If a person operates from this energy center, then the person seeks security and focuses on survival.

Swadisthana (Sacral) Chakra: Considered the gate chakra for all fluidity. A person operating from the sacral chakra seeks pleasure and sex.

Manipura (Solar Plexus) Chakra: To foster positive energy for personal transformation and to keep belly fire at a control. If the energies are around manipura (behind Naval), then that person is a doer and enjoys power. Till here all the Chakras are found in other species also.

Anahata (Heart) chakra: Promote peace and harmony between your physical and spiritual worlds. The energy from the heart center emits pure love, creativity making the person very loving.

Vishuddhi (Throat) chakra: To purify your being and keep your emotional self-balanced. If your energies are dominant in vishuddhi (throat), you become non- judgmental.

Ajna (Third Eye) chakra: To purify your being and keep your emotional self balanced. If your energies are dominant in the third eye, a person is intellectual, intuitive and lives in harmony with everything around.

Sahasrara (Crown) chakra: People who attain enlightenment are represented with the halo. This is the ultimate state which you want to attain.

Collectively, our chakras keep us healthy and whole. When we experience “off” times in our lives or keep attracting “losers and negativity” into our personal world, it is generally a sign that chakras are misaligned or blocked. Unbalanced chakras can lead to a variety of physical, mental and spiritual ailments, dysfunctions as do each of the vital organs connected to the out-of-balance chakras. Chakra Balancing could be attained by the use of Essential Oils, Yoga, Reiki to facilitate healing benefits:

Alleviates tension and apprehension

Ability to heal physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually

Ability to increase self-worth through greater self-confidence

Capability to connect to others on a deeper, more spiritual level

Rebalances the body’s entire organ function

Improves Physical, emotional, and mental Imbalances

Essential Oils are natural, volatile, concentrated extract of different parts of plants and contain therapeutic properties. It has been used since ancient times for healing, health care, beauty products, meditation, etc. Essential Oils promote health of body, peacefulness of mind, helps a person get in touch with their true selves, by working in conjunction with olfactory system. Following essential oils could be used in attaining the chakra balance in our body:

Root Chakra: Sandalwood, Juniper, Patchouli, Vetiver
Sacral Chakra: Ylang-Ylang, Cypress, and Myrtle
Solar Plexus Chakra: Lavender, Fennel, Sandalwood, Cardamom, and Champa flower
Heart Chakra: Lavender, Rose, Geranium, Rose otto, Neroli, and Bergamot
Throat Chakra: Frankincense, Lemon, Bergamot, Chamomile
Third Eye Chakra: Basil, Camphor, Rosemary, Lavender
Crown Chakra: Lavender, Neroli, Frankincense

Yoga is another basic way to balance each chakra because it creates alignment in the physical body like essential oils. Practice simple Yoga postures and controlled breathing (Pranayama) to cleanse, balance and open the Chakras; Forward bend for the Root chakra, Triangle pose for the Sacral chakra, Mountain pose for the Solar Plexus chakra, Cobra pose for the Heart chakra, Shoulder stand for the Throat chakra, cat/cow pose for the Third Eye chakra, and the Tree pose, head stand for the Crown chakra.
