Puzzles: improve vocabulary and intelligence, teach patience, reinforce concentration with fun and entertaining, staying mentally healthy

Exercise regularly: that also stimulates brain and memory

Take a walk outdoors: that recharge our mood

Consume healthy food: will keep immune system healthy by taking care of the gut that contains good as well as bad bacteria and to maintain the abundance of good bacteria, we should consume food and supplements containing probiotics
