Do you know…….. Stress is a state of physical, mental, emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or very demanding circumstances or day to day life inconveniences. Unfortunately, we are living in a stressful time essentially caused by several phenomena that are inherent to today’s society, including work performance, competition, finance, natural disasters, pandemic, war.

Stress is a normal human reaction and in fact, the human body is designed to experience stress and react to it to help our body adjust to new situations. Stress can be positive, keeping us alert, motivated (e.g. during an important test) and ready to avoid danger during a perceived threat with its built-in stress response, the ‘fight-or-flight response’. 20 drops Lavender Essential oil

10 drops Roman chamomile Essential oil
10 drops Clary Sage Essential oil
